New Family Registration Process

1. Submit Online Registration Form  

  • Before Moving to Step 2- Receive Confirmation of Availability from LCS office via email including instructions for making your payment.

  • Processed in order they are received so please be patient as we work to confirm your spot.

2. Submit Payment for Reg & Supply Fees

via Brightwheel App

  • You will receive an email from Brightwheel prompting you to log in and set up bill pay to complete Brightwheel payment setup. ​

 

 

3. Send Brightwheel Message confirming payment has been made & turn Notification Settings "ON" in App.

  • We will send you final confirmation of receipt of payment and secured spot via Brightwheel Message.

  • **Registration is not complete & spot is not secured until you receive final confirmation of process completion.**.

4. Health Forms Due for New Students ASAP 

  • Health Statement and Immunization Record must be submitted ASAP. These are required by State Licensing and students cannot attend without submitting these forms.

    Contact your doctor and ask them to fax these forms to 469.444.6058 or email to office@lewisvillechristian.com

  • ​​You may use our Health Statement (linked below) or the Doctor can provide their own.

​

  • The doctor's signature on the HS is a state requirement so they are familiar with the process and often have their own forms. You should not need a new appointment, and should be able to call and ask them to fax a signed Health Statement and their current Immunization Record to the LCS Office at 469.444.6058

BRIGHTWHEEL APP

Due on JUNE 1st - First Tuition Payment

Tuition information

 

  • Yearly Tuition is divided into 9 equal monthly payments. 

  • MDO-Jr.K - First month tuition payment is due 6/1 and subsequent payments are due Sept-April on the 1st of the month. 

  • Kindergarten first month's tuition is due at registration and subsequent monthly payments are due June -January

Refunds and Withdrawals -  Tuition and Supplye Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
