1. Submit Online Registration Form - Posted to the Forms Page on 2/20/2024​

   • Receive Confirmation of Availability  via BW or Email after submitting the Registration form.

     • ​New Families - Your confirmation email will include a link to set up BW profile and add a payment method​

2. Brightwheel Payment 

   1. Registration Fee​​​

• Returning Families - $50​

• New Families - $100

   2. Supply Fee​ (Fall Semester)

• T/TH Classes - $60

• MWF Classes - $80

• M-F Classes - $120

Ways to Pay -  The Brightwheel App is used for both fee/tuition payment and school communication.  ​​Once the office receives your registration form, they will invite you to Brightwheel App via email. You will set up your payment information and pay the Registration and Supply Fees.

Tuition Info

• •    Yearly tuition is divided into nine equal monthly payments.
  •    MDO - PreK: First month tuition payment is due 6/1/24 and subsequent payments are due Sept - April on the 1st of the month.
  •    Kindergarten first month's tuition is due at registration and subsequent monthly payments are due June-January

  • This Payment is paid in advance to ensure committment to their spot. 

  • School needs to be sure of staffing needs and that all students committed to their spot before turning away prospective families.​​

Additional Registration Information

Supply Fees

Supply fees are charged per semester, first semester supply fee is due at registration and second semester supply fee is due with January tuition.

Tuition, Registration and Supply fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Refunds and Withdrawals

There are no refunds or adjustments for absences caused by illnesses, vacation, severe weather days, etc.  Written notice is required 30 days in advance if a child is withdrawn during the school year.  If serious difficulties arise beyond the control of teachers or parents which hinder a child from adapting to the classroom setting, LCS will ask that the student be withdrawn with a refund given for the balance of the paid tuition. 

 

Each class has a minimum and maximum enrollment requirement.  In the unlikely event a program's availability changes, parents will be notified as soon as possible.
